There is nothing better than making a delicious breakfast, like these burritos, in less than 10-12 minutes. Especially if you are consistently busy during the week.

This recipe is simple and requires less than 10 ingredients - including the seasonings.

  • Tortilla wrap

  • Meatless Sausage

  • Plant-based egg

  • Spinach

  • Onions

  • Maple syrup

  • Italian seasoning

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Salt

  • Optional: Dairy-free cheese

These burritos make for great meal prep during the week. I like to make 4-5 of them on Sunday and place them in the freezer them until Iā€™m ready to eat them.
