Ingredients:

HEMP SEED RANCH DRESSING

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened, dairy free milk
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the hemp seeds and dairy-free milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the blended mixture to a large bowl. Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk everything together until the dressing is smooth and well combined. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed (more salt, pepper, or lemon juice). For a thicker dressing, use less dairy free milk.
  3. Transfer the dressing to a storage-safe container or bottle and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
