Creamy Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

I recently started a new job and have been all about quick and easy meals. Do you know what I mean? The ones that don’t require too much effort but are still packed with flavor? Yeah, those kinds of meals.

These Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats were just that - delicious, easy to make, and quick!

For this recipe, I used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats. Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats are 100% whole grain and certified organic. You cannot beat that!

Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats can be used in cooking, baking, overnight oats, smoothies, or even no-bake desserts. I use these organic oats in my overnight oats and my Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal all the time!

For this dish, you will need:

Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

Plant milk (I used Oat Milk)

Frozen peaches

Brown sugar

Salt

Vanilla extract or vanilla syrup

Toppings: fresh peach slices, granola, agave

Overnight oats are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast. Add them to a single-serve mason jar and grab them from the fridge when you’re heading out the door. Or get a little fancy and add them to a bowl with your favorite toppings.

The Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats have an amazing taste and are extremely versatile. Between my oatmeal recipes and this overnight oat recipe, you will love using these as well.

Creamy Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup of plant milk (I used Oat Milk)
  • 1 cup of frozen peaches
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of Brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla syrup
  • Toppings: fresh peach slices, granola, agave

Instructions:

  1. In a large mason jar or container with a lid, add 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup of plant milk, 1 cup of frozen peaches, 1 1/2 tbsp of Brown sugar, 1/8 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla syrup
  2. Stir the ingredients in the jar/container with a spoon or close the jar/container and shake it up
  3. Store in the refrigerator overnight
  4. In the morning, serve in a bowl and top with fresh peach slices, granola, and a drizzle of agave
  5. Lastly, pat yourself on the back because YOU DIDDDD THAT
